1 c. Thrive Chili Peppers

1/4 c. Thrive Sliced Onions

3 cloves garlic

4 peeled and halved Tomatillos (looks like green tomatoes with a lacy green skin over them.)

1 t. Thrive Cilantro

1/2 t. Thrive Chef’s Choice Seasoning

1/2 t. Thrive Peppercorn Blend

2 T. Olive Oil

1/2 c. water



Cook tomatillos in water until they are soft. Put all ingredients in blender and process until as smooth as you desire. I like it a bit chunky. This will store in the fridge for a few days.
