Ingredients:

1/4 c. Thrive Onion Slices (if you want smaller pieces, substitute Thrive Chopped Onions)
 clv. garlic, minced
2 c. Homemade Salsa Verde (or 1 lg can of salsa verde from the store)
 large can green chilies
1/3 c. Thrive Bechamel Sauce mix
 tsp. THRIVE Chicken Bouillon + 2 cups water

Chips, cheese, and guacamole as desired

Directions:

  1. Add all ingredients to a pot.
  2. Bring pot to a boil and simmer for 15-20 minutes, until beans are soft. Garnish with Thrive Cheddar cheese (if you put it on top of the soup right out of the pot, it will melt nicely!), dollops of guacamole and tortilla chips.
