
Green Chile Beef Soup
Tastes like enchiladas with a side of refried black beans.
Servings 4 people
Ingredients
- 1/4 cup Thrive Sliced Onions
- Salt to taste
- 1 dash Thrive Peppercorn Blend
- 1/3 cup Thrive Chili Peppers – Freeze Dried
- 1 cup Homemade Salsa Verde
- 1/4 cup Thrive Bechamel Sauce Mix
- 2 teaspoon Thrive Chicken Bouillon mixed with the water
- 4 cups water
- 1 Tablespoon Thrive Cilantro
- 1 cup Thrive Instant Black Beans
- 2 cups Thrive Beef Slices – Freeze Dried
- 1 cup Thrive Sweet Corn – Freeze Dried
- 1 bag Tortilla chips (your favorite style)
- 1/2 cup Thrive Shredded Cheddar Cheese – Freeze Dried not refreshed
- 1/2 cup Guacamole
- 1/2 cup Sour Cream

Directions:
- Add all ingredients to a pot. Bring pot to a boil and let simmer for 15-20 minutes, until beans are soft. Garnish with Thrive Shredded Cheddar Cheese (if you put it on top of the soup right out of the pot, it will melt nicely!), dollops of guacamole and sour cream and chips.
